 Damned and Divine +open+

The British Museum. So full of history. So full of... death. Sorrow. One can find a kaleidoscope of emotions by a single object. It was nearing day's end so the sun wouldn't harm him as it was covered by the clouds. He could now enter the building while mortals still lingered and it was still open. It was much more conveniant for Feanor to be in a crowd of interesting mortals than come alone at closing time.

He walked through the mingled crowds, nodding, smiling, and finding things of interest to look upon. The vampire was interested in looking at precious stones from different eras. Metal, stone, jewels, they fascinated him to no end.

Coming upon an encasement in the Egyptian area, he peered down into the small glass stand filled with rings, necklaces, and such of vibrant color.

Tempest had finally decided to call it quits after hours of filling out forms and filing. She was meticulous when it came to her work. She liked things ordered and in place. It made things easier to find that way.

She'd left the store and was not looking forward to going home. She still had not worked things out with David. So instead of calling for the carriage, she'd went for a walk that had ended at the museum. She wasn't going to go in at first, but she found herself opening the door and entering.

Sighing, she gazed around at the artifacts that were displayed. It was a nice place and Adele enjoyed her visits. She wondered if Jonathan was working this evening. Perhaps he could give her some insights to David. No, it was something that needed to be worked between the two of them.

In no hurry, she began to walk. There was no certain place she was headed. She nodded and smiled at those she passed. She talked to a few of the people that she'd met at the store, but for the most part, she kept her own company.

She entered the Egyptian exhibit and walked through gazing at the artifacts. It would be nice to have David here. He knew a great deal and could sometimes tell her the story behind somethings.

Shaking her head, she turned away from the case she was looking at and bumped into the person behind her. "I'm sorry," she said quickly. "I wasn't paying attention."

Becoming so absorbed at a display, he was brought of it when someone bumped into him. He turned to find a dark-haired beauty apologising to him. Feanor smiled and said, "It's all right, signora." He could sense something about her and he was fascinated. Not her physically but her life. It was curiously surrounded by a mixture of a happy life and something else, darker perhaps.

"Were you looking for something in paticular?" he asked next."

The man turned and smiled at her. Well, at least he wasn't mad at her. She returned his smile and brushed a wayward strand of hair behind her ear. She needed to get her head out of the clouds and pay more attention.

At his question, Tempest glanced around before returning her gaze to his. "I wasn't, no. I have a lot on my mind and thought a walk might help and I ended up here." Sighing, she asked "You?"
